Tesla Student Design Competition
The Art Institute of Philadelphia’s Assistant Professor of Media Arts and Animation, Brian Yetzer, is engaging his students in a Nikola Tesla themed course project which spans multiple 3D modeling, 3D animation and graphic design course offerings for his students. Participating students will develop three-dimensional renderings of several Nikola Tesla inventions which will be showcased as part of our educational collaboration and a featured exhibition at the Tesla Energy Independence Celebration 2010 conference. Also, Graphic Design students in Linda Karp’s Art Direction course will create a one-of-a-kind Tesla Science Foundation logo that captures the vision and mission of the organization as well as other marketing materials. The Tesla Science Foundation is excited to be a part of this exciting interchange of ideas which will further assist us in facilitating the expansion of knowledge and understanding of the innovative concepts of Nikola Tesla.
